Who owns what?
The streets, curbs, sidewalks, and street signs in Casa Serena are owned and
maintained by the City of Scottsdale. The street light poles and fixtures are
the responsibility of Arizona Public Service. The bulbs are the responsibility
of APS. Casa Serena HOA pays the street light bill. The common areas within Casa
Serena are owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association. This includes the
pool area, all equipment and furniture within, the neighborhood entrance and
frontage grounds. Trees, shrubs, landscaping vegetation and trees in front of
the houses are owned by the homeowner. Casa Serena maintains the trees, shrubs,
grass, and vegetation outside of the houses front walls along with the entrance
area along Via Paseo Del Norte.
I want to repaint my house and need guidance for the process. Who should I contact?
You can select a color pallet from
pre-approved colors available from Dunn Edwards Paint. After you select you
pallet, please follow these steps.
Submit all of the above to Casa Serena's
ACC
Committee Chairperson. You can submit the packet via email, or contact the
Committee Chair to make arraignments to deliver the documents.

I'm selling my home and need paperwork filled out on behalf of the

Trash and recycling pickup
Trash pick-up for Casa Serena is every Tuesday. Recycling is picked up every
Thursday. Containers should be placed curbside, with the handle facing away from
the street, on the day of collection and be removed from the street that day.
Please adhere to the City of Scottsdale's
trash
and recycling guidelines.
Brush and Bulk Collection
Brush and bulk collection happens monthly. This service is a way for Scottsdale
residents to dispose of pruned vegetation, fallen leaves, brush, and other bulk
items. Check the City of Scottsdale website to find the next scheduled pick-up
and for guidelines.

If you see a streetlight out in the neighborhood, you can contact APS to have it
repaired.
