Casa Serena HOA provides several community amenities that assist the homeowners and
provides for recreation and maintenance time savings. These amenities are

recreation area. Plenty of tables and chairs are present along with loungers
and shaded areas. His and hers restrooms are clean and maintained regularly.
Twice weekly pool service keeps the pool and spa in tip top condition. Pool
and spa are available to all homeowners, their family and visitors.

Landscaping services are provided not only for the common areas of
the community but for each individual front yard as well. Plants, grass,
stones and trees are kept in pristine condition. Homeowners need not worry about finding time to maintain
